Individual customer:
Go on www.emtel.com
Select “self-care”
Enter your mobile number
Click on Get an OTP (One Time Password). The OTP will be sent within seconds by SMS to your mobile number.
Enter the received OTP and click on “Log In to Self –Care”
Corporate customer:
Contact your Emtel’s representative & provide the Emtel number which you want Emtel to register the same as your Company Administrator.

Select “Register Now”
Enter “Username”
Enter “Emtel Mobile Number”
Enter “Email Address”
Click on “Next”
Within a few minutes, the registered mobile number will receive an SMS with the One Time Password (OTP).

b) At least one capital letter
c) At least one number
d) Be at least of 8 characters
e) Have at least 1 special character
